Engagements

Each engagement (UX Audit, Discovery Sprint, Product Retainer, Brand System, Marketing Site, Mobile App, Diagnostic Working Session) is governed by a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties before work begins. The SoW always wins over anything on this site.

Pricing & payment

• All prices on this site are in USD.
• The Diagnostic Working Session ($1,000) is paid up front via Stripe. Refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled call.
• Other engagements bill on signed SoW terms — typically 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery for fixed-scope work, monthly in advance for retainers.
• We don’t bill hourly.

IP & ownership

You own the deliverables we produce for you. We retain the right to reference the engagement at a high level in our portfolio (with your permission for anything specific) and to reuse generic patterns and tools we’ve built across engagements. Specifics live in the SoW.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share as confidential by default and sign mutual NDAs on request. We don’t share project materials, screenshots, or named details outside the engagement without explicit permission.

Warranties & liability

We do our best work and stand behind it. We don’t make warranties about outcomes (sales lift, hires landed, audits passed) we can’t control. Liability is capped at fees paid for the engagement in question. The SoW will spell this out in detail.

Jurisdiction

WiserFrame operates as an Estonian OÜ. Disputes are governed by Estonian law unless the SoW specifies otherwise. We’ll work with you to find a mutually workable approach if you need an alternative.

Plain English

If anything here is unclear, ask. We’d rather rewrite a clause than have a misunderstanding turn into a problem later.
